• SSNIT Ashongman Housing Project – construction supervision of 650 housing units at Ashongman Estates in Accra in 1992.
• Primary Education Rehabilitation Project (PERP) – Construction supervision of 325 No. 3-unit classroom blocks and 4-seater KVIP toilets in the 3 northern regions.
• Promoting Partnership with Traditional Authority Project (PPTAP) – Design and Construction supervision of 40 No. First Cycle Education Facilities in Ashanti Region under the World Bank/Ashanteman Council Project.
• Basic Education Support Project (BESP) – construction supervision of 64 No. 6-unit classroom blocks in Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions (GOG/BADEA Project).
• Design and construction supervision of infrastructure projects in Sunyani Polytechnic: Library complex, Auditorium Complex, Science Park, 8-unit Masters Flat, Boys Hostel and Campus Road.
• Construction supervision of rehabilitation and upgrading of second-cycle school at Effiduase Secondary High School.
• Design and construction supervision of district infrastructural projects (schools, clinics, markets, sanitary facilities, feeder roads, staff quarters, nurses’ quarters). Most District Assemblies have benefited.
• Design and construction supervision of Re-fencing of Takoradi Thermal Plant using Burnt Bricks at Aboadze/Takoradi for the Volta River Authority.
